You probably all know pesto! But have you ever tasted red pesto?! A super easy and quick sauce to make to accompany your pasta dishes as it should be. You just need to take the classic green pesto recipe and add sun-dried tomatoes to it. Nothing better to bring flavors to your preparations with complete simplicity ;-)

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (100 gr)
  • 10 leaves basil (5 gr)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 oz pecorino cheese (25 gr)
  • 1 oz pine nuts (25 gr)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (5 cl)

Preparation

    Put the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic clove, pecorino, pine nuts, and olive oil in a blender and blend until you have a smooth texture.

    If the texture is too thick, add some olive oil.
