Sneak Peek: Menu drops at Mahomes and Kelce’s sold-out Kansas City steakhouse

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A reservation to 1587 Prime, the new steakhouse collaboration from Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Noble 33, is the hottest ticket in Kansas City.

The restaurant opens in less than two weeks and it’s already booked out for months.

Fans are getting a sneak peek of what awaits inside the restaurant inside the Lowes Hotel.

The restaurant features a street-level entrance is designed to resemble walking through a stadium tunnel. The tunnel will lead customers to the host stand and a 10-foot-wide display featuring refrigerated steaks.

On the floor, fans will notice brass markers which are designed to mimic yard lines on a football field.

Customers will also likely notice small tributes to the Kansas City Chiefs throughout the space. There will be red marbling details on tabletops in the main dining area. Artwork featuring deconstructed footballs will also be featured throughout the restaurant.

1587 Prime will also feature different drink and dining options over two stories. The following seating will be available in addition to a regular restaurant setting:

  • A central bar located on the first floor with seating for 20
  • A private dining room that can seat up to 18
  • A semi-private dining room with seating for up to 40 people.
  • Private VIP entrance

A creative menu will also be featured at 1587 Prime. There is a drink called “Alchemy.” It is a tribute to Kelce’s fiance Taylor Swift.

Another drink is called “Big Yeti” according to information from Noble 33.

Expect a Wagyu Katsu Sando, a boneless ribeye, jumbo lump crab cakes, steak tartare, twin lobster tails, and a Wagyu tomahawk steak.
