America’s largest food cart plaza hosts soft opening in Vancouver with room for more
The Vancouver Station Food Cart Plaza developers say their food cart pod is the largest in the country with space for over 40 food vendors, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, private rooms, and more.
The location at 1817 SE 164th Ave. is still looking for vendors to fill the plaza via the application page on their website.
