The mum-of-three lives an extremely hectic life, so she can be forgiven for wanting to wear a comfortable outfit and some trainers on her feet.

Such was the case in June 2021, when she visited The Urban Nature Project at The Natural History Museum in London. For her outing, she sported some ankle-grazing blue, light-washed jeans and a pair of white and pink Veja trainers.

Keeping it simple, she added a white T-shirt to her ensemble and shielded herself from the summer breeze with a coral pink blazer that featured cuffed sleeves and black buttons.

While out and about in 2014, Kate supported her husband, Prince William, from the sidelines at the Jerudong Trophy charity polo match at Cirencester Park Polo Club in a very casual outfit.

She wore a striped, wide-neck long-sleeve top in white and navy and added a pair of dark skinny jeans for the sporting event. On her feet, she sported some white boat shoes.

The princess kept her long hair away from her face with a pair of large black sunglasses she rested on her head and wore only a silver watch on her wrist as her jewellery for the day.

During a visit to St Andrews, Scotland, the Princess of Wales sported a very dressed-down look for an outing to West Sands beach.

She was taking part in a land yachting session and wore a camouflage baseball cap and a navy blue short puffer jacket.

Underneath her coat, she had on a peach-coloured crew neck jumper and added a pair of very skinny dark denim jeans. She completed the look with some brown, lace-up hiking boots.

Blue laces and a polo shirt

A decade ago, Kate defied royal fashion protocol when she opted for blue laces in her black trainers and a sports polo Tshirt during a visit to the Land Rover Bar at the America's Cup World Series in Portsmouth, England.

For this look, she paired a grey, red and navy branded polo shirt with some dark blue jeans and her vibrant running shoes.

She scraped her signature hair back from her face in a half-updo and enjoyed her day out with a smile for waiting cameras.

Before she married into the prestigious family and gave birth to the future king of England, Kate was a style icon and proved as much when she showed off a pair of huge beige knee-high Ugg boots.

In 2007, the budding princess was spotted on the street in the footwear, which she had paired with jeans, a pink tank top, a short black blazer and a chunky white beaded necklace.

She had a large white leather handbag slung over her shoulder and carried an umbrella in her free hand.
