- 12.5 oz pumpkin
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 7 oz feta cheese
- 2.5 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 (or 2) tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 pinch of pepper
Topping (optional):
- 1 (or 2) tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 handful of walnuts
