Kids these days are something special. You can’t live with them, can’t teach them anything because they get all of their information from the Internet which gives them the entitlement to be smartasses. Tests used to be more about studying, memorizing the basics, and being rewarded for honest hard work. Most commonly in past American society, failing an exam or getting something was shameful. These days kids care about submitting funny answers that their teachers will find amusing. Their lack of studying and efforts reflects on their grades. Unfortunately, some of the teachers kind of appreciate kids giving a smartass test answer, even if it wasted everyone’s time. Keep reading to see the funniest kids’ test answers that are sure to make you laugh out loud.
27. Enough Is Enough Judy!

Being at school is not easy, some kids are meaner than others and some get bullied by those mean kids. This exam shows exactly what it’s like to be at school where kids show no mercy. Judy thought it would be funny to look at the illustration and judge the book by its cover basically. She was asked only two options if the boy is sad or glad.
She decided to get creative or just mean it depends on how you see it and say the boy is ugly and even add that as one of the multiple answers. We are pretty sure this teacher went to speak with Judy’s parents after this.
26. Taking The Question Literally

Sometimes kids do hilarious things adults are surprised they or it’s just pure coincidence. In this exam, the student had to use different words to complete the sentences given below. She took it quite literally and used the word “Bank” on all of the sentences without reading it through to understand if it makes sense, she thought the “word bank” is the word she should use for all of them.
That goes to show how kids are hilarious, she didn’t try to understand what was the solution to this she just went for it.
25. Student Inventing Shapes

Adults will be looking at this picture and say exactly what it is but kids are different. This student decided he doesn’t like the words used for this shape so he invented the “Trapezoidberg” which does give it a little twist on the name instead of being a boring Trapezoid on its own.
Maybe she can take this little science fiction character and use him to write stories, kind of like the guy who invented Captain Underpants! Kids love adding extra things to words it makes it more fun. but in this case, she probably didn’t get the points. Ooops.
24. Anatomy Gone Bad

This kid apparently took some page from her sister’s textbook and thought this image of the cervix looked a lioness. She got a general idea right but she was very mistaken about what this diagram was for! Maybe when she grows up she’ll learn what a cervix is.
We’re not sure if they have those lessons at primary school, maybe that’s a little too advanced for kids. Though nowadays with search engines like Google kids can look up whatever they want no matter how advanced it may be! It’s cute that this little girl still had such a naive mind.
23. Ode To Ham

This kid loves ham so much that they created this entire drawing along with a poem called “Ode To Ham”. Looks like a little love letter to ham! We’re sure that his teacher burst out laughing when reading this hilarious prose, and she couldn’t help but share it online.
The most poetic part of this is the lane line, “I love ham, oh man”! Nice rhyming there, kid. This is good enough to be featured in a commercial about ham, at least it certainly has enough enthusiasm for one! We’ve never seen a kid who loves pork products quite as much as this one.
22. They’re Not Wrong

Even though this kid technically answered the question wrong, if I were the teacher marking this I would have a hard time marking is incorrect. Whoever answered this has some very advanced thinking and honestly, I think he should get bonus points for this one.
Teachers should really be more aware of the way they word questions and make sure that there is only one right way to answer! We think that this kid demonstrated a level of cleverness that not all people have, or maybe he was just trying to be funny. We wonder if this answer was marked as correct.
21. True But Also No

I like how specific this kid was about this scenario, judging by that it seems like it happens pretty often. I don’t think this was the answer Mr.Thomas was looking for though. But I’m sure he’s glad that his students approve of his facial hair!
We guess that if he was on the fence about keeping his ‘stache then this kid’s encouragement and compliments sealed the deal for him. After all, who has better judgment on facial hair than a child who has none? That just means that they’re even more objective!
20. Make The Rules Work For You

This teacher ended up getting stuck in his own words. He shared this photo with the explanation; “First test day of the semester and as always, I allow a 3×5 notecard. Today, a student shows up with this. Sure enough, it is 3×5…feet. As precise as I am, apparently, I never specified inches and therefore yes, it was allowed.”
The teacher continued; “Well played and lesson learned for me.” If I was in this girl’s class I’d be pretty jealous We’re surprised that the teacher owned up to his mistake and let this girl keep her cheat sheet!
19. Don’t Do Drugs, Kids

It’s honestly adorable how excited this kid was to finally figure out the sum of 2 plus 2, he just wanted to shout it from the rooftops. Finally, he mastered the second phase of becoming a math whiz, the first phase is of course answering 1 plus 1.
Although I wouldn’t suggest yelling “I can do meth”, or even writing it. That’s not the kind of message you want to be sending out to the world. This kid may be able to do math but he definitely can’t do spelling. Or drugs for that matter.
17. Health Class Seems To Be Working

Either this school has got some really high quality health and fitness program, or this kid’s just got some really strict parents. Whichever it may be, receiving this answer was totally worth it. Even if it might be a little bit of a grim answer.
I feel bad for this kid though, when you’re young you’re supposed to be unaware of existential issues such as diabetes and just enjoy the candy. Can someone check on him? And also Bob. Somebody check on Bob. If he’s eating 29 candy bars in one sitting then he might have a lot more issues than just diabetes!
16. Taken Too Literally

There is no way this kid could have gotten a bad mark for this, the effort is impeccable. User Vanessa Tan translated the whole thing, and it started off saying; “The life here is bad. The working condition is not good and lacks employee benefits. However, please do not worry. Only about 10 people get serious injuries every day and I am very careful.”
Props to this student for really putting himself in the shoes of the role he was given**, he deserves an A+!** We’re just dying to know what the teacher’s reaction to this answer was.
15. Ahead Of His Time

A user of the internet took to Twitter to share this gem and wrote; “Too often we fail to examine the secondary implications of our decisions. Not this kid.” He’s such a savage and we love it. That’s some clever and out of the box thinking, even if it’s a bit cannibalistic!
We applaud him for this risky and unique answer. Clearly this kid is going to go places with his creative approach to solving problems, though for his sake we hope it goes in a direction that doesn’t actually involve eating people.
14. The Paradox Question and Answer

This answer seems like a bit of a paradox. On one hand, the question was technically answered correctly, on the other hand, it could also mean that the student did not know the correct answer. But in not knowing the correct answer he would still be answering the question correctly!
Our brains are beginning to hurt trying to figure all this out. Is there even a way to answer this question incorrectly? We’re not sure, and we don’t think we can continue to ponder this paradox any more! Our heads might explode if we keep going!
13. How Well Do You Actually Know Your Dad?

We think this kid was so excited to share everything he knew about his dad that he got a few of them wildly wrong! For example, we’re pretty sure that there’s no way his dad could be anywhere near 99 feet tall.
Also, even though he might be good at his job (whatever that job might be), there’s no way he can do absolutely everything. We think that this kid’s dad might be telling him some tall tales in the attempt to make him think he’s a lot cooler than he actually is.
12. Teacher, I Can’t See the Question!

Now, this kid had some extremely creative ways to avoid answering this math question! We don’t know how long it took for him to illustrate this giant bear, but maybe it would have just been easier to try and answer the question.
We don’t think that his teacher bought this excuse, most likely this question was marked as incorrect. Though we’re sure that the teacher got a chuckle out of it. Unfortunately, there are no extra credit points given for drawing in an exam. Maybe this student should try going to art school?
11. Not Going to Be the Next Van Gogh

It looks like someone really was not interested in their activity book. This page instructs the child to follow the diagram at the top, and recreate it himself. However, the question the book has is a little bit too vague. It only asks “Can you draw a magic mushroom”.
So logically this kid decided to answer the question in the most straight forward way possible, “yes”! After all, it didn’t tell him specifically to draw the magic mushroom, it just asked if he COULD. Way to find a loophole in the instructions, kid!
10. Learning Cause and Effect

This student certainly had an interesting conclusion to this question! The textbook gave the example of a boy who plays piano every day and asked the student what the effect of that would be. This kid’s answer? “He is a big nerd”!
Based on the handwriting it looks like this student was quite young, maybe a little too young to begin judging people as nerds! Hopefully, he will learn the virtue of hard work and practice, the actual effect of that is becoming the master of any skill you work on. Most likely his teacher marked the answer wrong and the student learned a valuable lesson!
9. Where Do You Put Criminal Plants?

It looks like this student needs a recap of what exactly a “plant cell” is. It’s not, as he incorrectly assumed, a prison cell for criminal plants. Though we have to give him credit for creativity and art skills. It’s not easy to make a sunflower look that unhappy!
He also added some useful additional details in case anyone had any questions, like that there are no windows and that the bars are made of iron. Very important information, we’re sure! However, we don’t think all that attention to detail would give him a passing grade on that question.
7. Three Truly Verifiable Facts

Looks like someone wasn’t really listening during their astrology class, and as a result, had to come up with clever answers on their worksheet! While all these answers are still very correct, we are 100% positive that they were not the answers the teacher is looking for.
We do have one question, however. Does the student REALLY know that none of these planets have McDonalds? After all, we’re sure he’s never been there before, maybe they’ve been able to set up an outer space branch on one of them! Regardless of whether Mickey Ds has expanded THAT far, the one thing we are sure of is that this question was marked with a big red X.
6. Points Off for the Contradictions

This answer needs to get points taken off for contradicting itself! First, this kid writes that his father isn’t afraid of anything, and then immediately contradicts himself by saying his father is afraid of his mother. What is the truth? By the red slashes on this worksheet, it looks like he may have still gotten points for his answers anyway!
We wonder what his mother had to say when she saw these answers written in or his father for that matter! Kid’s going to stir up a fight between his parents answering questions on worksheets like that.
5. Imagination Can Take You So Far

Now, this has got to be the most creative kid on this entire list, even though he may be a little confused with the definition of “space”. He apparently took “space” very seriously and decided to decorate the page with outer space images, based on what he thought the instructions meant.
And he really went all out! He included stars, flying saucers, planet Earth, and even some kind of weird dog alien thing. This kid is on his way to creating an entire science fiction franchise. Better patent your ideas before someone steals them!
4. Amy Doesn’t Want to Answer Questions Anymore

Amy is clearly fed up with answering all the questions on these worksheets and exams. She just wants to be done with school so she can hang out with her friends at the mall. But noooo, her teacher just HAD to ask her to give a more specific answer. Amy’s solution? Attitude.
Looks like her teacher wasn’t having any of that, though. She gave Amy a big purple X in response and even noted that she should be more respectful. Amy might think this attitude is fun now, but it will likely not get her far in life if she continues!
3. This Kid is Taking Math Homework TOO Seriously!

This kid’s teacher was probably excited to give a math worksheet that had a fun and creative edge to it. We guess they didn’t count on one of their students taking it so seriously! Looks like this kid doesn’t have a whole lot of imagination, he only sees reality as it is.
That or he really had no interest in doing his math homework. We understand we hate doing math, too! But because the answer was so simple, it probably would have been easier to just answer the question instead of trying to find a loophole. But he is right about one thing, ghosts definitely do not exist!
2. Well, That IS How Beer Works!

If you’re not familiar with the Beer-Lambert law, it’s a principle in physics that relates to the way light travels. Clearly, this student was not paying any attention to his teacher in his science class. Looks like he tried to give his best guess based on what he knows about beer!
Unfortunately for him, this science principle has nothing to do with any type of alcoholic beverage. Even though his little drawing may have been the correct equation for beer, he gets no points for that answer! Hopefully, he answered the rest of the questions on the exam correctly so he’ll still get a passing grade.
