The couple will receive the Humanitarians of the Year Award at the World Mental Health Day Gala.

Both are wearing sophisticated black suits for the occasion.

Meghan accessorised her Armani suit with diamond stud earrings and a thick gold chain necklace.
A bio on the site describes Harry as a "humanitarian, mental health advocate, environmentalist, and military combat veteran", and Meghan as "a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and philanthropist."
"[Harry's] work is dedicated to creating positive and lasting change for communities and the planet, particularly in advancing conversations around resilience and healing," it reads.
"[Meghan]'s lifelong advocacy for women and girls remains a constant thread she weaves through both humanitarian and business ventures.

The appearance comes days after the duchess' surprise outing at Paris Fashion Week.
