Mashup Food Hall opens this week in NuLu. Here's your complete guide to the new space
A massive new food hall is holding its grand opening this week in Louisville, featuring some longtime favorites and new concepts.
The 20,000 square-foot Mashup Food Hall, at 750 E. Jefferson St., in NuLu, opens Nov. 11 with seven food vendors, including new locations of longtime Louisville restaurants Cold Smoke Bagels, Red Top Hot Dogs, and Wiltshire Pantry & Bakery.

After years of serving bagels at Logan Street Market, Cold Smoke Bagels is moving to Mashup Food Hall, which is expected to open in October.
After a year operating out of a food truck at Atrium Brewing, 1154 Logan St., Red Top Hot Dogs, closed its location to join the new food hall.
“We outgrew the tiny truck at the brewery,” Ryan Cohee, owner of Red Top, told the Courier Journal. “It’s always been a goal of mine to be in NuLu.”
After a recent soft opening, Cohee said he’s excited for others to see the food hall, which looks like “they spared no expense making this place,” he said.
Patrons will also be treated to new menu items at Red Top, including smashburgers, French fries, and chopped salads, alongside popular gourmet hot dogs.
“We’ve been around 12 years,” Cohee said. “This is the best menu we’ve had so far.”
Cold Smoke Bagels, which serves Jewish comfort food, also closed its longtime shop at Logan Street Market, 1001 Logan St. to move into Mashup Food Hall.
Wiltshire, owned and founded by Susan Hershberg, has been around for more than 30 years as a catering service and the popular business has two standalone locations, including the popular Wiltshire Pantry Bakery and Cafe, 901 Barret Ave., and a downtown location at 605 E. Main St.
Moving into Mashup Food Hall marks Wiltshire's return to NuLu, the Courier Journal previously reported, after the iconic Wiltshire on Market closed in 2023. That same year, Hershberg handed over the reins of her 636 E. Market St. space to chef Noam Bilitzer, where he opened MeeshMeesh.
Above the first-floor food hall, the mixed-use development will also include a large coworking space.
"This announcement marks a major milestone in its mission to create a vibrant gathering space where culinary innovation thrives," a news release from earlier this year states. "Wiltshire Pantry & Bakery, a Louisville staple known for its artisanal baked goods and seasonal menus, will be a key part of the food hall’s carefully curated lineup."
The new food hall in NuLu will include several food vendors and a bar called The Mashup Bar, which will serve cocktails, beer, wine, and zero-proof options.
