3 Nashville restaurants are on OpenTable's Top 100 list. What to order
OpenTable, one of the most widely used restaurant reservation booking engines, has released its list of the top 100 restaurants for 2025. Tennessee has three restaurants on the list ― and all three are in Nashville.
The results come from data collected from more than 10 million verified diner reviews. The ranking took into account dining metrics, including diner ratings, reservation demand and percentage of five-star reviews.
Here are the restaurants that OpenTable diners selected, and what to order at each. Each one was listed in The Tennessean's Top 25 for 2025 list, including our No. 1 pick for the year.
Kase x Noko: 5 stars
What it is: This 14-seat restaurant in East Nashville serves exceptional nigiri made from world-class seafood flown in to Nashville fresh daily. Chef Dung “Junior” Vo enhances the fish with subtle and impactful flavors, but above all, lets the ingredients shine.

What to order: The omasake theme implies that you're in the chef's hands, but there are some things you can do to enhance your experience. Don't skip the sake pairings from a menu full of fascinating options. Also check the a la carte add-ons, which could range from spoons of caviar to pristine uni.
Need to know: This is one of the toughest seats to score in the city and it's no wonder: the 14-piece nigiri menu starts at just $75. New reservations open nightly at midnight and typically sell out within minutes.
Locust: 4.9 stars
What it is: What began as a dumpling house has evolved into a deeply personal reflection of Chef Trevor Moran’s Irish roots and global influences. The soundtrack shifts depending on the kitchen’s mood, and the menu follows suit, leaning on what's good at the moment, whether that's prime rib, razor clams or whole dover sole.
What to order: Gorgeously fresh seafood, a showstopping beef dish of some sort and dumplings are not to be missed. Save room for the kakigori, or shaved ice dessert. In fact, just order the whole menu. You'll be happy you did.
Need to know: The kitchen staff will yell hello when you walk in. Roll with it. If you spot Irish coffee on the menu, you should get it. This is one of the few places where you should, without hesitation, order the bread.
Noko: 4.9 stars
What it is: At the heart of this pan-Asian parent restaurant of Kase X Noko is a wood-fired grill where prawns and tomahawk chops are coaxed to some sort of smoke-kissed magic. You'll also find some bright raw fish preparations and surprisingly rich vegetable dishes to round it all out.
What to order: The tuna crispy rice is a tried-and-true favorite. A sleeper hit on the menu is the smoke-grilled chicken served with a yuzu-ginger sauce and charred broccolini. Always ask about the market catch. Don't skip the cocktails. The Smoke Show, with mezcal, grapefruit, rice orgeat, ginger and lime, is perfect.
Need to know: The brunch at Noko offers a great range of classic brunch fare and not-so-breakfasty food. Salmon carpaccio is great for light eaters, for example, while the big baller brunch, with its 42-ounce tomahawk ribeye, waffles, eggs and hashbrowns, is bachelor party worthy.
