CLEVELAND, Ohio – Clevelanders can argue about just about anything — the best place for corned beef, whether brunch counts as a hobby, or which neighborhood has the superior slice — but the most heated debate of all is simple: Where should we eat tonight?

With a dining scene that swings from sizzling Szechuan to house-made pastries to pizza that earns near-religious devotion, Greater Cleveland has no shortage of contenders.
To help bring a little order to the delicious chaos, Cleveland.com teamed up with Yelp Cleveland to identify the 25 most-loved spots across Northeast Ohio, based entirely on what reviewers had to say — and trust us, they had plenty.
Some sang the praises of Masthead Brewing, where the pizzas are wood-fired, the pretzels are enormous, and the vibe is apparently “invite everyone you’ve ever met.”

Thyme2 is located at 113 W Smith Rd. in Medina
Fans of Cleaveland Grill insisted their smash burgers deserve a place in Cleveland culinary lore, while Little Italy diners raved so passionately about Affettati’s sandwiches and Trattoria on the Hill’s pasta that you’d think carb content were a competitive sport.
Seafood loyalists chimed in too, swooning over Pier W’s panoramic lake views and Blue Point Grille’s elegant classics. Pizza purists split their affections between spots like Il Rione and Good Pizza, each inspiring its own very enthusiastic camp of supporters.

There are many routes you can go with Blue Point Grille's seafood menu including the Grand Seafood Tower, Ahi Tuna, lobster mashed potatoes, grouper and more. David Petkiewicz, cleveland.com
And, naturally, brunch devotees made their voices heard — from Juneberry’s bright and cheery plates to the pastry magic happening at The Blue Door Café.

Good Pizza is a New York-style pizza shop on East 4th Street.
The result is a list as eclectic and opinionated as Cleveland itself: a mix of breweries, bakeries, ramen bars, steakhouses, sandwich shops, and everything in between — each earning its place through sheer reviewer devotion.
Hungry yet? Good. Let’s dive in.

You wouldn’t expect such a hidden gem in between two ‘frat’ houses on a college campus, but this restaurant transports you providing a sophisticated environment. The green pie and the speck are great pizzas as well. I definitely recommend the speck pizza if you want a creamy pizza. Love the ricotta on top. The servers are always friendly and the restaurant is a pretty good size. But it gets busy during peak dinner hours. There can often be a wait, but you can pop over to a nearby bar while you wait so it’s not too bad. Definitely recommend for good pizza in Cleveland!” - Shervani P.

Tried the New Zealand IPA, because it was apparently made from rice. However, I think I’ll stick with my rice out of my beer. But the food was delicious. Had the House Burger, which I found included two patties, which tasted like it was grilled over charcoal. And the fries really good, as well. And this was a true brewery, with vats featured prominently in the decor. Definitely recommend stopping here, if you’re in Cleveland!” - George H.
