These 2 Wisconsin restaurants make Yelp list of best ramen in US

The two Wisconsin ramen restaurants on the list are Kin by Rice N Roll in Wauwatosa, which takes the No. 35 spot, and Matsumoto Ramen House in Sparta – located about 30 miles east of La Crosse – which places eighth.
The Sparta restaurant, 106 N. Water St., offers bowls of ramen "that rival anything you'd find in a bigger city," Yelp said. The counter-order restaurant is run by Michele Bills, who was raised in Japan, and her husband, Tucker, and features a small menu of select ramen styles.
Kin by Rice N Roll, 7484 W. State St., offers a more upscale dining experience, with a menu that includes sushi and Thai dishes in addition to ramen.
According to Yelp, the list was compiled by an analysis of a variety of factors, including total volume and ratings of Yelp reviews. It's from all-time, not just 2025.
