The studio relocated to 430 Baltimore St. The new location will expand the number and variety of weekly class offerings. The studio offers beginner-friendly classes, chair yoga, restorative yoga, and a variety of Vinyasa-style classes. The studio also offers classes specifically designed for those suffering from brain injuries.

Shinjuku Station Revolving Sushi Bar opened on Dec. 1 at 4263 Union Deposit Road at the Point Shopping Center in Lower Paxton Township.

Hampden Township
The company will open by summer at the Beltway Towne Centre at 5401 Carlisle Pike.
The restaurant is planning on opening at the Beltway Towne Centre. Cava specializes in Mediterranean bowls, salads and pitas.

The chain known for made-to-order stir-fries, salads and honey-based desserts will open at the Beltway Towne Centre.
The chain is bringing its burgers and crinkle-cut fries to the Beltway shopping center.
The Altoona-based chain opened a new store at 4415 Carlisle Pike.

Tours Le Jours is opening on Feb. 5 at 5510 Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. A grand opening will be held on Friday, Feb. 6.
The French-Korean bakery has opened at 5510 Carlisle Pike, offering gourmet cakes, pastries and freshly baked bread.
Lower Allen Township
Chase Fitness has moved to 4909 Louise Drive, Suite 203. The Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the move. Chase Fitness is owned by Melissa Chase, a personal trainer and licensed physical therapy assistant. She collaborates with her sister, Kelly Chase, to offer 1-on-1 private training and small-group training, along with nutritional advice.

The Goddard School of Mechanicsburg — Legacy Park opened at 100 Legacy Park Drive. The 13,800-square-foot early learning center has 10 classrooms. The school is for children ages six weeks to six years old and has the capacity for up to 180 students. The new school also includes an indoor gymnasium, a dramatic arts space, and a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) room, as well as an outdoor classroom, a learning garden, and multiple outdoor playgrounds.

Middlesex Township

UGI Energy Services has commissioned a new liquefied natural gas facility in Cumberland County. The new LNG storage and vaporization facility is located on Army Heritage Drive.

Upper Allen Township

Pop's Snack Outlet at 550 N. Mountain Road in Lower Paxton Township sells a variety of snacks including bulk candy.
The school opened at 191 Old Schoolhouse Lane, offering infant, toddler, preschool, pre-K, and kindergarten programs.
Dauphin County
Derry Township
The restaurant opened at 597 E. Main St. at the Park Village Plaza. AJWA BBQ specializes in its own form of barbecue, made with halal meats prepared in a tandoor clay-oven. The menu includes curries, vegetarian dishes, gyros, naan, and Pakistani desserts, among other items.
Houlihan’s, the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts-operated restaurant at 27 W. Chocolate Ave., is transforming into a new concept. The restaurant at the Hershey Press Building closed on Dec. 31 after 20 years. In its place, Hershey Entertainment announced it will open Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar this spring with a casual setting and expanded bar.
Revival Cocktails + Kitchen will open at the former Smoked Bar & Grill at 1201 W. Chocolate Ave.
Gibble Brothers LLC plans to convert the Fuddruckers restaurant at 1221 W. Chocolate Ave. into Turning Point Restaurant. The chain serves breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Harrisburg
Sweet T & Greens has opened at the former Home 231 at 231 North St. The restaurant offers fine dining and upscale soul food at the new location.
Hummelstown
The early learning center opened at 205 S. John St.
Lower Paxton Township
The new snack outlet opened at 550 N. Mountain Road at the former Forte Music store. The outlet sells popcorn, candy, potato chips, pretzels, boxed cookies and crackers, nuts, and soda, among other items.
Susquehanna Township
Capriotti’s will open at 2467 Brindle Drive. The national franchise restaurant chain serves cold and hot subs and salads, among other items.
Luna will open at Susquehanna Union Green.
The restaurant opened at 4263 Union Deposit Road at the Point Shopping Center.
The Greek restaurant will open at a former Subway at the Blue Mountain Commons off Linglestown Road. The restaurant serves up items like stuffed grape leaves, Greek salads, spinach pies and souvlaki.
Zip Cleaners will open in a 1,705-square-foot space at Susquehanna Union Green at 2650 Gravel Road between April and June, according to a company spokesperson. The franchisee signed a 10-year lease. All garments to be dry-cleaned will cost $3.49. The chain will also offer same-day service for items dropped off by 9 a.m.
Swatara Township
The early learning center opened at 5120 Lancaster St.
The former Christmas Tree Shops location in Swatara Township will soon have a new occupant. Savers, a for-profit thrift retailer, will open at High Pointe Commons. The company partners with local nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated clothing and household items, helping fund community programs.
West Hanover Township
Inspire Early Education opened an early learning center at 88 S. Hershey Road and at 391 Schaffner Drive.
The restaurant will open at the former Abraham’s Family Restaurant at 300 S. Hershey Road. The tavern will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Over the years, The Manor Restaurant & Lounge and Pavone’s Restaurant operated at the site. At one time, a one-room schoolhouse operated on the restaurant’s tavern side.
Harrisburg/Hershey area
A mobile coffee venture will open in the first quarter of 2026. The menus feature espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos and Americanos, as well as chai, hot chocolate, hot coffee and ready-to-drink canned beverages. Baked goods will also be available. Bitty & Beau’s Coffee was created as a place of inclusion where people with disabilities can work.
Franklin County
Chambersburg
Matt Fogal, who was the Franklin County District Attorney from 2009 to 2023, has opened the Matt Fogal Law Office in the creekside log cabin at 52 W. King St. in Chambersburg. Fogal’s primary areas of legal representation will be criminal defense, professional licensure defense, pardons and expungements, civil rights, mediation, and military justice.
The new 4,000-square-foot office opened at the former Plasterer’s Florist building at 990 Lincoln Way East, Suite 1. Orrstown Financial Advisors moved from its location inside the Orrstown Bank branch on Orchard Drive.
Lancaster County
East Lampeter Township
The automotive replacement parts and accessories chain is expected to open in the early spring at The Shops @Rockvale.
The indoor golf franchise will open this year at The Shops @Rockvale. Membership includes 24/7 access to indoor golf simulators.
The restaurant will open its first brick-and-mortar location. Ezzy Eats is currently a food truck. The restaurant will offer casual sit-down and takeout service featuring Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is on track to open in early spring 2026 at The Shops @Rockvale.
A tabletop fantasy gaming experience will open this year at The Shops @Rockvale.
The 6,100-square-foot store opened at 2102 Lincoln Highway East.
The facility will open at The Shops @Rockvale this year. Along with event space and small retail offerings, the facility will include batting cages for both training and recreational use.
The gym franchise will open this year at The Shops @Rockvale. Amenities include a sauna, cold plunge, turf area, posing room, and a supplement store.
Elizabethtown
The coffee shop opened at the Market Street Square shopping complex at 1605 S. Market St. with a drive-thru.
Lancaster
The shop opened at 1009 N. Prince St. SpeedPro Lancaster offers a wide range of large-format printing services, including vehicle wraps, wall murals, custom signage, and branded graphics.
Manheim Township
The shop will open at the Shoppes at the Pointe at 1515 Lititz Pike this summer.
Mount Joy
The office opened at 1013 W. Main Street, Suite 3A. LifeGuide is a fee-only, fiduciary financial advisory firm. The company focuses on financial planning for families.
Quarryville
The branch opened at 355 W. Fifth St.
Lebanon County
Palmyra
The early learning center opened at 817 E. Arch St. in Palmyra
South Annville Township
The affordable housing community opened at 510 Mt. Pleasant Road. The 48-unit development includes three, two-story walk-up apartment buildings. The community clubhouse has a community room with a kitchenette, property management and supportive services offices, a maintenance office, and a fitness center.
York County
Dover Township
The early learning center opened at 3350 Alta Vista Road.
Hanover
Main Street Hanover held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Fresh Flours Bakery in December at 1 Center Square, Suite 100. Fresh Flours Bakery sells baked goods and has an area for books. The bakery mills its own flour on-site. The bakery is co-owned by sisters Kalena Bartoszak and Katara Vasher. It is open from 1-8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
Hellam Township
The early learning center opened at 4075 E. Market St.
Manchester
Otaka Sushi & Grill opened at 117 S. Main St., serving up sushi, hibachi and poke bowls.
Shrewsbury
Aldi opened a store at 648 East Forrest Avenue.
West Manchester Township
