Retro Harley-Davidson pics of freedom to the max
Sometimes it feels like it’s always about cars. But today we wanted to make it all about motorcycles, the ones that breathe trouble and make you look like a rabel.
Founded in 1903 in a small wooden shed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Harley-Davidson began as an experiment by William S. Harley and brothers Arthur and Walter Davidson. Through two World Wars, the economic crisis, the rise of biker culture, and the chrome-soaked boom of postwar America, Harley-Davidson motorcycles made a legacy.
These pictures show normal people back in the 20’s and 40’s, the 70’s and 80’s. Fathers, and grandfathers, even mothers drove them and they looked cool while doing it.
