Nashville airport adds to growing list of new flights for 2026
Nashville International Airport's list of new nonstop flights just got longer. Airlines already committed to 12 added routes out of BNA, and many plan for further investment in Tennessee in the coming months.
The most recent new route comes from Denver-based Frontier, which will launch an ultra-low-cost flight from BNA to Las Vegas, Nevada's Harry Reid International Airport. Frontier announced the service on March 17. It will begin on June 11 and operate four times per week with fares starting as low as $89.
“We are pleased to once again grow our operations in Nashville with this new nonstop service to Las Vegas,” Frontier network and operations design vice president Josh Flyr said. “This new route will get Tennessee travelers to Las Vegas with more money in their pocket, as well as country music lovers to the Music City and its famous restaurants, bars and entertainment.”
It's Frontier's fifth nonstop out of Nashville. The airline joins Southwest and Spirit in offering a Las Vegas nonstop from Nashville, and that's good news for frequent travelers between Tennessee and Nevada. More carriers flying the route means more competitive pricing, according to travel experts.
The Frontier flight comes just over a month after Southwest released its plans to expand the Nevada-Tennessee connection. On Feb. 12, the Dallas-based, low-cost carrier said it would debut a year-round flight to Reno-Tahoe International Airport that will be available four times a week starting Oct. 1.
“As our business community continues to grow, reliable access to major economic centers like Nashville is no longer a nice-to-have – it’s a necessity,” Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada CEO Taylor Adams said. “This new air service enhances our region’s competitiveness, supports corporate recruitment and retention and signals to investors that we are open, connected and ready for growth.”

Frontier Airlines will soon operate five routes out of Nashville with the June addition of a Las Vegas nonstop.
