CLEVELAND, Ohio — Root-root-root for the home team! Our Guardians kick off this jam-packed weekend in Cleveland. Looking for more? Enjoy Dyngus Day celebrations, Easter brunches and a night dedicated to our hometown hero, the Man of Steel.

Opening Day in Ohio City

Kick off Guardians season with the inaugural Cleveland Guardians Opening Day Celebration & Parade. Fans can expect an Opening Day cookout with craft beer and beverage tents, music and entertainment, appearances from the Guards Hotdogs and more right in the heart of Ohio City. Slider will lead the parade across the Hope Memorial Bridge all the way to Progressive Field. Do not miss the citywide celebration at Market Square Park. Free to join.

MIX: Man of Steel

The popular event is back, packing the Cleveland Museum of Art’s atrium with dancing, DJ’s and drinks at MIX: Man of Steel night. Inspired by Cleveland’s hometown hero, expect themed drinks, food and music performed by Wave Magnetik. A Clark Kent and Lois Lane look-alike contest will kick off the event at 6 p.m., with winners being announced at 7:30 p.m. You can also expect a display of Superman memorabilia, a free comic for the first 500 guests, and free buttons with art by Superman artist Sina Grace. Tickets start at $16 for guests, and $5 for members.
