There’s a new sweet shake-up in the Girl Scout Cookie world. As two longtime favorites take a bow in the 2025 season, a brand-new treat is stepping in to steal the spotlight.

Back in February of this year, Jacksonville cookie booths popped up at Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Lowe’s, giving local fans plenty of chances to stock up on their favorite classics this season. But while these familiar treats remain popular around town, the real buzz is already building for something new.

Get ready for ‘Exploremores’, a rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookie set to launch in the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Season, promising Jacksonville sweet tooths a fresh and exciting way to snack.

"These rocky road ice cream-inspired sandwich cookies — filled with the delicious flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and toasted almond-flavored crème — reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout," a news release said.

"From a curious kindergartener, amazed by jellyfish at the local aquarium, to a middle schooler finding the courage to go on her first overnight trip with her troop, Girl Scouts know the road to discovery starts with exploration.
