WHAT IS FERGIE UP TO?

An insider has revealed what Sarah Ferguson could really be up to following her exile from the Royal Family last year. The 66-year-old found herself at the center of the ongoing Epstein Files scandal last year, and following the release of thousands of newly discovered files from the Department of Justice in America, Sarah has been almost entirely exiled from royal life. It comes as she faces further scrutiny over the unearthing of ‘revolting’ messages from the former Duchess to Epstein, which have left experts stunned. Pic: Neilson Barnard/Getty Images
EXILED FROM THE FIRM

Sarah and her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the ex-Duke of York, were once respected and loved members of the royal fold, but their lives have been turned upside down in recent months. Following evasive action from King Charles, Andrew’s older brother, in October, Fergie and Andrew were kicked out of Royal Lodge, their 30-room lavish home on Windsor Great Park, this year. They were later stripped of all of their Royal Titles and Honors, with insiders claiming that Prince William has branded Sarah ‘persona non grata’. Pic: Justin Goff Photos/Getty Images
'SHE SEEMS REALLY NERVY'

Following rumors that Sarah had no home to return to after her eviction from Royal Lodge and her exile from the Firm for good, an insider has revealed to the Daily Mail exactly what the former Duchess could be up to as she remains out of the UK this Easter. Sightings of the disgraced socialite have been made in several countries since the beginning of the year, with friends revealing to the outlet’s Alison Boshoff that ‘she is really low. She seems really nervy’. Pic: Andrew H. Walker/amfAR11/Getty Images for amfAR
'AGHAST' AT PARENTS' ACTIONS

There appears to be no in-person contact between Sarah and her girls, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Reports from the Daily Mail suggest that the girls, both in their 30s now, were ‘asghast’ at their parents' actions and shock e-mails to Epstein. Still, according to Vogue writer Plum Sykes, they appeared looking glossy at a Cotswolds party last month, telling fellow guests that they were ‘doing fine’. Pic: Instagram
ANDREW AND FERGIE 'ON SPEAKING TERMS'

And despite a select number of fruitful speculation articles, Sarah and Andrew had remained closed, but Boshoff reports that their relationship appears to have cracked under pressure. The extent of their links to the convicted sex offender has now been thoroughly exposed, with one friend revealing: ‘She and Andrew are on speaking terms but not talking that much. It is almost as if they have run away from each other. She is bobbing around with friends.’ Pic: Mark Cuthbert/UK Press via Getty Images
ONE QUESTION ON HER MIND...

A friend of the former Duchess also told the outlet that there is one question on Sarah’s mind as scrutiny intensifies: ‘How am I going to get through this?’ It has previously been reported that the 66-year-old confided in her closest confidantes that she needed cash and was determined to make a comeback. A friend told the Daily Mail: ‘She complains a lot about being broke – although I don't know if that is broke in the sense that you or I would understand it. Her friends have been joking that they wouldn't be surprised to find her selling her old handbags on Vinted.’Pic: Andreas Rentz/Getty Images for amfAR
'I DON'T KNOW WITH WHO'

Another friend, however, provided somewhat of a conflicting story to the outlet about Sarah’s whereabouts – following confirmation that she was not, in fact, staying with Priscilla Presley, despite reports – and it looks like she might be closer than initially thought. They told Boshoff: ‘She was in Devon at first, I don't know with who. Then she went to Dubai, that was in February. Then she went to Austria and Switzerland. She's staying in some place which is like a castle now, and apparently there is an Italian count looking after her.’ Pic: Bo Amstrup / Ritzau Scanpix / AFP via Getty Images) / Denmark OUT
GLOBE TROTTING AND SOFA SURFING

Other reports suggest that during a low-key, globe-trotting stint of sofa-surfing, Fergie was moving between the homes of a series of discreet, well-heeled friends. She’s also believed to be keeping in touch with a tight circle of confidants via FaceTime, who, when asked about her, have described her as ‘disheveled’. Pic: Max Mumby/Indigo/Getty Images
ROYAL EXPERTS LEFT STUNNED

However, the revelation of further e-mails between Sarah and the now-deceased sex offender has dragged the former Duchess back into the limelight for all the wrong reasons. The unearthing of one particular e-mail from Sarah to Epstein in circa 2009 has left royal commentators stunned, with others branding her behavior ‘revolting. 'I AM SO PROUD OF YOU'

The message, which remained unread by anyone else until the release of the documents, saw Sarah refer to Epstein as a 'legend' before praising him. She wrote: 'My dear, spectacular, and special friend Jeffrey, you are a legend. I am so proud of you.' Pic: Max Mumby/Indigo/Getty Images
'I JUST WANT TO BE SICK'

Jo Elvin, the former Editor-in-Chief of Glamour UK and You Magazine, told the Palace Confidential podcast: 'I mean, I just want to be sick. It's a convicted sex offender she's writing to. It's hard to believe that she cared at all about his crimes.' Richard Eden, a royal commentator for the Daily Mail, told the same podcast that the series of revelations had changed his view of the ex-duchess. Pic: Chris Jackson/Getty Images
'QUITE HARD TO TAKE'

He said: 'I found it all quite hard to take because I've always sort of, I wouldn't say been a supporter, but I've quite admired Sarah in the past, particularly for the way she's bounced back from scandal. She's always been very positive, and that sort of thing, but stuff like this is just revolting.' Pic: Getty Images
