Meghan Markle brought her high-low sensibility to Jordan.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, mixed designer and high-street pieces on Thursday as she and husband Prince Harry, 41, accompanied a World Health Organization delegation to the National Centre for Rehabilitation of Addicts (NCRA) in Amman.
She kept cozy in a taupe Zara topstitched jacket ($169) with black wide-leg trousers and upped the ante with Chanel low-heel pumps.

The shoes — which feature a velvet cap toe and gold logo accents at the heels — are no longer available at retail, but a similar slingback style sells for $1,175.
Markle kept accessories to a minimum, wearing just her go-to Cartier Love bracelet and her Welsh gold wedding band, leaving her diamond engagement ring and other flashy jewels at home.
It was the second time the “With Love, Meghan” host turned to the Spanish fast-fashion giant during the surprise two-day trip. She also wore Zara ankle-strap heeled sandals ($79) with her polished white Veronica Beard tweed suit upon arriving in Amman on Wednesday.
The couple traveled to Jordan at the invitation of WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus for engagements centered on humanitarian health, mental wellness and support for communities affected by conflict.

Their visit included a stop at Za’atari Refugee Camp — one of the world’s largest, housing about 80,000 residents — where Markle swapped her heels for Vince boat shoes and played soccer with displaced Syrian children.
At the NCRA, both Harry and Markle wrote notes of encouragement for patients. Harry penned a message reading, “It’s ok to not be ok. Trust each other,” while the duchess congratulated patients on their dedication to their care in calligraphy on a separate sticky note.
Markle is no stranger to mixing designer with the high street. On her Netflix series “With Love, Meghan,” she styled a pair of cashmere sweaters worth $1,700 with $50 Zara pants, telling guest Mindy Kaling, “I like high-low.” She also paired a Zara playsuit with Saint Laurent slides at the 2023 Invictus Games in Düsseldorf.
Her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, has employed a similar strategy, mixing a Zara bouclé blazer with a Chanel mini flap bag at the 2023 Rugby World Cup in Marseille, France.
