Selena Gomez And Benny Blanco Were Loved Up At The Emmys

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco arrived together to the 2025 Emmy Awards this morning, and they could note wipe the loved-up smiles off their faces. The pair, who reportedly started dating in mid-2023 but confirmed their relationship later that year, stepped onto the Emmy red carpet hand in hand.

Gomez, a long-time Emmy favourite thanks to her work on Only Murders in the Building, delivered Hollywood glamour in spades, in a custom Louis Vuitton gown that skimmed the red carpet as she made her way into the awards. She paired the look with diamond earrings and her hair pulled into a sleek bun — the perfect style to allow her gown’s high neckline take centre stage. A muted terracotta lip finished the look, along with a flushed cheek that added a youthful playfulness to the overall red carpet look.

By her side, producer and songwriter Benny Blanco embraced his own playful take on formalwear. Ditching the standard tuxedo, he opted for an all-black suit with a beaded black shirt underneath.

Gomez and Blanco have kept their relationship relatively private, though their love has shone through their work on multiple occasions. Along with sweet photo carousels on Instagram that give fans a glimpse into their private lives, they have also been music collaborators. According to sources, they will apparently wed later this month in Montecito, California.

On a recent appearance on Jake Shane’s podcast, Therapuss, Gomez opened up about her current life stage, and how joyful her thirties have been so far. “I think there’s so much more I’m meant to learn and to do and will always be saying that no matter what age,” she told Shane. “I do feel, however, I’ve let a lot of things just slide off my back, if that makes sense. It’s not something that I try to do consciously.”

“I do believe the older you get, the less you care about the things you thought you did before. So, it feels really great in my thirties. We’ve been doing the brand [Rare Beauty], and I got engaged, and my little sister is graduating sixth grade. All of those moments are things I’m going to cherish.”

Gomez isn’t nominated for any individual awards this evening, but her hit show Only Murders In The Building is up for two awards: Best Comedy Series and Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Martin Short’s performance.
