All the best looks from the 2026 Oscars red carpet

Sinners, the segregation-era vampire thriller from Ryan Coogler starring Michael B. Jordan, leads the pack with a record-breaking 16 nominations, making it the most-nominated film in Oscars history.

Close behind is One Battle After Another, directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, with 13 nominations. Both films will compete for Best Picture alongside titles including Frankenstein, Hamnet, Marty Supreme, Bugonia, F1, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value and Train Dreams.

There's also plenty of Aussie pride this year, with Rose Byrne and Jacob Elordi earning their first Oscar nominations. Meanwhile, Chloé Zhao scored a Best Director nomination for Hamnet — and is the only woman recognised in the category this year.
