CLEVELAND, Ohio — We recently spoke with Mightylicious founder Carolyn Haeler about how she built a gluten-free cookie brand without compromise — and naturally, that led to the next question: Which Mightylicious cookie is the best?

Mightylicious cookies are gluten-free, with several vegan and egg-free options, but they’re designed to appeal to everyone — not just those with dietary restrictions. If you’re shopping for someone who loves sweets but has food sensitivities, or you simply want a better-for-you cookie that still tastes indulgent, these fit the bill.
Currently available through Mightylicious.com and Amazon — with free U.S. shipping on orders over $24 when purchased directly from the website — the cookies arrive individually wrapped, making them easy to stash, share or gift.

And with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, they may be a sweet option worth considering.
Another bonus: Mightylicious cookies freeze exceptionally well. Because they’re individually wrapped or packaged in small bundles of three, you don’t have to feel pressured to eat the entire pack at once (though fair warning — that can be tempting). Stashing them in the freezer lets you pull out a cookie or two at a time, helping them stay fresh longer and extending their shelf life — or at least slowing you down from polishing off the whole bag in one sitting.

Our Thoughts: Strong cinnamon-spice aroma with plenty of raisins in every bite. A solid fall-style cookie, though the lingering spice pushed it lower in the rankings. These were also individually wrapped.
