Anne Hathaway brings spring to the Oscars in a striking floral gown

Tonight, the actor joined her fellow Hollywood stars at the 98th Academy Awards, and unsurprisingly wowed on the red carpet in a striking black floral gown. The piece was strapless and body-hugging up top, while the skirt flared to the sides at the bottom, and transformed into a long train. All over, the gown was covered in a pink flower print, and at the waist, it was cinched with a large black belt.

Hathaway upped the ante with a pair of black opera gloves, dangly diamond earrings, and a gleaming diamond necklace. Her pink eyeshadow nodded to the flowers on her dress.

Shockingly, Hathaway did not receive any nominations for her performance as Andy Sachs in her cult-classic 2006 film, The Devil Wears Prada, but luckily, the Academy will have The Devil Wears Prada 2 to consider for the next awards season.
