Chick-fil-A just added 3 new sandwiches to the menu—and I tried them first
They give a new meaning to spring chicken.

In case you missed it, spring has sprung. No need to run and check your calendar to see when daylight savings is (March 8) or open the weather app to confirm it's still freezing outside—because here in the world of food, our version of Punxsutawney Phil is fast food menus. And this week, the major chains all resoundingly announced that spring is here.
Starbucks has returning floral favorites, Dunkin's spring menu is here and bigger than ever before, and now, Chick-fil-A is getting in on the fun. The chain is here to give spring chicken a whole new meaning with three new chicken sandwiches headed to menus now.
Chick-fil-A Launches Spring 2026 Menu With New Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich
After a successful menu test in Salt Lake City last summer, Chick-fil-A is finally bringing the Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich nationwide. The Jalapeño Ranch Club features Chick-fil-A's signature chicken on a buttermilk ranch bun with Pepper Jack cheese, caramelized onion-flavored candied bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickled jalapeños, as well as a brand-new creamy jalapeño ranch sauce on the side.
Just like the chain's other limited-time offerings, the sandwich is available in three iterations with your choice of original, spicy, or grilled chicken.

And what better way is there to cool off after all that heat than with a chilled, fruity beverage? Luckily, Chick-fil-A has four new drinks featuring a Strawberry Hibiscus upgrade. The four drinks are:
- Strawberry Hibiscus & Sprite: Sprite mixed with strawberry and hibiscus flavors.
- Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade: A mix of classic Chick-fil-A lemonade or diet lemonade with strawberry and hibiscus flavors.
- Strawberry Hibiscus Frosted Lemonade: Chick-fil-A's lemonade or diet lemonade and signature Icedream dessert combined with strawberry and hibiscus flavors.
- Strawberry Hibiscus Sunjoy: Chick-fil-A's Sunjoy (lemonade and sweetened iced tea) mixed with strawberry and hibiscus flavors.

All four drinks and three sandwiches are rolling out to Chick-fil-A restaurants now. I got a chance to taste the new menu items early—here's my honest review.
My Honest Review of Chick-fil-A's New Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich
Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is pretty unbeatable (it came first in our taste test, after all), and, as the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Well, this sandwich proves the old adage wrong.
Between the caramelized onion-flavored candied bacon and the buttermilk ranch bun, I was worried this sandwich would approach ungepatchka, or flavor overload. But rather, all the elements come together into one cohesive flavor story with sweet, savory, smoky, tangy, and garlicky notes. The jalapeño ranch, which is exclusive to this sandwich, is an instant classic, and the pickled jalapeños are a nice callback to the limited-time Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich from 2023 (though I wouldn't have minded regular pickles on there, too).

The Jalapeño Ranch Club is not a "Hot Ones" challenge level heat, or even the type of spice that immediately registers as hot. It's a slow burn, only hitting on the back end, and totally customizable based on how much of the jalapeño ranch you choose to add.
My favorite of the three versions was surprisingly the grilled, as the smoky char on the chicken played well with the smoky-sweet bacon, but the spicy was a close second.
As for the Strawberry Hibiscus drinks, the Sunjoy came out on top for me. With the tart, lightly floral notes of the hibiscus, it reminded me of one of my favorite afternoon pick-me-ups from Starbucks, the Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade. I would return to the drive-thru for that drink again and again. I found the Sprite and Frosted Lemonade versions a bit too sweet for my taste, but could see the latter hitting on a hot summer day.
The first tastes of spring are officially here—and if this menu is any indication of what's to come this season, it's going to be a delicious one.
