The 9 best-dressed at the 2026 Golden Globes
At tonight’s 83rd annual Golden Globes, the allure of the film star was out in full force—stars chose to emulate classic Hollywood style in modern and beguiling ways. Selena Gomez and Ayo Edebiri wore new Chanel by Matthieu Blazy, Gomez in an ostrich feather-trimmed black velvet number and Edebiri in a black velvet and satin paneled off-the-shoulder dress. Each sported coiffed, voluminous bobs to match. Perhaps the finest display of Hollywood glamour came from Amanda Seyfried, in a perfectly draped white column gown with a coordinating white shawl by Atelier Versace, whereas Zöe Kravitz channeled the pre-event boudoir glamour in her Saint Laurent negligée.
A slew of sophisticated black-and-white ensembles gave way to a much-needed dose of color. Jessie Buckley wore a sculptural silk column dress in baby blue from Jonathan Anderson’s Dior, Emma Stone donned a butter yellow shell top and low-rise sheath skirt from Louis Vuitton, and Tessa Thompson sported a glittering chartreuse, figure-hugging gown by Balenciaga.
Actresses Justine Lupe and Jennifer Lawrence each took risks in interpretations of naked dresses, from Armani and Givenchy, respectively. Renate Reinsve selected body–length metallic fringe, courtesy of Louis Vuitton. And ever the fashion risk-taker, Miley Cyrus went for outlandish volume in a black long-sleeved, sequined sheath with a spray of pleated fabric at the shoulders from Saint Laurent—sunglasses on.
