The halter neck dress is custom Giorgio Armani Privé, and features Swarovski rhinestones around the neckline.
Hudson accessorized with long diamond earrings and a coordinating diamond bracelet. As for beauty, she went with glowy, understated makeup and wore her hair in a simple low bun, letting the dress shine.
Hudson has previously won one Golden Globe for her role as Penny Lane in the 2001 film, Almost Famous, and this is her third award nomination at the ceremony.
