Yerin Ha attends her first-ever award show in shaggy Balenciaga

The Bridgerton breakout talent joined a star-studded crowd at the 2026 Actor Awards tonight in Los Angeles in a fun Balenciaga look composed of a shaggy white top, pleated black pants, a skinny leather “B” logo belt, and black pumps. Diamond studs completed the classy look.

Speaking to journalists on the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, she voiced her excitement at being invited to her first-ever award show. Of course, her presence comes as no surprise.

The Korean-Australian actor was cast as the female lead for season four of Netflix’s Bridgerton, where she plays Sophie Baek, a maid from noble origins, who falls in love with Benedict Bridgerton. Against all odds, the two fight for their love, and tackling the rules of society in favor of a future together.

Ha has received much recognition for her acting work, most notably being named the ambassador for the 32nd Annual Actor Awards (where she is present tonight), presented by SAG-AFTRA. She was given the honor for embodying the values of the acting profession and acting as a role model for the next generation. Ha has also been given the 2025 ELLE Next Gen Actor Award.

Prior to her role in Bridgerton, she also received a 2023 Logie Awards nomination for Most Outstanding Supporting Actress, for her role in Bad Behaviour. And in 2021, she was named a Rising Star by the Casting Guild of Australia.

Ha has also done some theater work, and this year she was even nominated for Best Supporting Performer in a Play at the 2026 WhatsOnStage Awards for her role in The Maids.
