Heidi Klum showed up to the Met Gala looking like a literal piece of art

Leave it up toHeidi Klum, theQueen of Halloween, to take the2026 Met Gala dress code theme very, very seriously:

This year’s dress code for the fashion fundraiser was “Fashion is Art,” and it seems the supermodel took that literally when she decided to grace the red carpet looking like a sculpture that was set free from a slab of marble by Rafaelle Monti or Giuseppe Sammartino.

Klum nixed the idea of working with a traditional fashion designer for the look, and opted to team up with her long-time partner in Halloween hijinks, makeup artist Mike Marino, who has helped with Klum’s over-the-top looks for more than a decade, Vanity Fair reported. Marino is also the owner of Prosthetic Renaissance, the special effects company responsible for the hair and makeup work on “Coming 2 America,” “The Batman” and “A Different Man.”
