Today, I would love to share with you some important tips on how to avoid buying fake perfume! I mean, why would you waste your money over fake perfumes right? The longevity, the scent will not be the same as the ori one! So, here’s my 2 cents!
1. Be wary of low prices
If you purchase a lot of perfumes online, you’ll realise that there’s a lot of choices but with different prices. Some of them are significantly low compared to the one from the boutique. The differences could reached up to RM100++ like it doesn’t make sense at all ☹️ usually, they are fake perfumes but sellers always claimed that they are ori reject
2. Do your research
Ladies, it’s really really important to do your research beforehand! Please go search for websites that offer good prices but are genuine. Do some google to find out if anyone ever get scammed by the respective websites. Twitter and TikTok would be a good medium to find out if the websites are legit or not
3. Be mindful of brand names, logos, spelling
There’s soooo many fake perfumes being produced that has almost similar packaging, spelling, logos these days! Some examples are bath and body work, victoria secret, ariana grande, chanel, dior. Please look at reviews left by customers before buying it! 😫
Some extra tips is that you should just consider buying from Sephora or other reliable seller. I always bought from Sephora because their products are guaranteed genuine and I lovee love buying perfumes during sales because that’s the only time I could spend less on an authentic products!
